GEN1019 Social sciences and ethics Prerequisite: Enrolled nurses must be registered through a contractual agreement between the Department of Health Studies and the employer. Purpose: to equip students to apply legal, ethical and professional principles relevant to patients in a General hospital. GEN102A Basic General Nursing science I(a). Prerequisite: Enrolled nurses must be registered through a contractual agreement between the Department of Health Studies and the employer. Purpose: to equip students with the scientific Nursing process in the clinical care of patients with conditions of the genito-urinary system, communicable diseases and operating room Nursing in a General hospital.
