2 The chapters are aligned with the lifecycle of a Cadet beginning with entry and ending with disenrollment of commission. o Corrects organizational names and structure designations. o Deletes redundant information that is specified in army Regulations. o Updates reference publications and makes administrative changes throughout. o Requires PMS to consult with USACC command surgeon prior to placing a Cadet on LOA o Figures 8-1 thru 8-6 Adds PMS Checklist for Disenrollment procedures, Board of Investigation administrative procedures and scripts for boards with and without Recorders. o Adds new policy changes army Directive 2018-12 (New Policy Regarding Waivers for Appointment and Enlistment Applicants), dated 30 July 2018 o Adds Delegation of Authority to USACC for Cadet Medical Waivers and Medical Disqualifications.
