2 An individual is considered fully Vaccinated 14 days after he or she has received the full regimen of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or other World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing vaccines. Such travellers6 will also be required to take a pre-departure PCR test within 48 hours before departing to Singapore. Information of the designated VTL flights will be made available on the websites of the relevant airlines connecting Singapore and the VTL country.

8 5 COVID-19 All travellers entering Singapore are required to take the following COVID-19 . Testing Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests: Pre-Departure PCR Test. Travellers must undergo this test within 48 hours before departing to Singapore and obtain a negative test result. Test result certificate must be presented in English. On-Arrival PCR Test. Travellers are required to take this test upon arrival at Changi Airport. 5 Children aged 12 years and below in the calendar year ( those born in or after 2009, if transiting/transferring through Singapore in 2021) are not required to present any proof of vaccination to Travel on the designated VTL flights to transfer or transit through Singapore. 6. Children aged 2 years and below in the calendar year ( those born in or after 2019, if transiting/transferring through Singapore in 2021) are not required to undergo the pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test to transfer or transit through Singapore.
