2 An individual is considered fully Vaccinated 14 days after he or she has received the full regimen of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or other World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing vaccines. More details can be found at Children aged 12 years and below in the calendar year are not required to present a proof of vaccination to enter Singapore under the VTL if they are accompanied by a VTL traveller who meets all VTL Requirements for entry into Singapore. 1 Short-term visitors refer to foreign travellers who are not Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Singapore Long-Term Pass Holders. 2 Children aged 12 years and below in the calendar year do not need to apply for a VTP. To illustrate, for travellers entering Singapore in 2021, those born in or after 2009 are not required to apply for a VTP.

For entry into Singapore before 8 November 2021, regardless of which VTL. country the traveller departs from, vaccination certificates issued in Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom (UK), the USA or Singapore will be accepted.

For entry into Singapore on or after 15 November 2021, regardless of which VTL country the traveller departs from, vaccination certificates issued in the ROK. will also be accepted, on top of the countries mentioned above. 3 Travel For entry into Singapore before 8 November 2021, all travellers, irrespective . History of their nationality/citizenship, must have remained in Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK or the USA in the last 14 consecutive days prior to departure to Singapore.

Flight VTL flights into Singapore from any VTL country. They may transit via another VTL. country4 to take a designated VTL flight into Singapore. For entry into Singapore before 8 November 2021, the list of VTL countries includes Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK or the USA.

6 For entry into Singapore on or after 8 November 2021, the list of VTL countries will include Australia and Switzerland. 3 For example, a traveller departing from Germany to enter Singapore before 8 November 2021 who has been in Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the USA and/or Singapore in the last 14 consecutive days prior to departure for Singapore fulfills the Travel history requirement of the VTL. For travellers entering Singapore on or after 8 November 2021, this list of countries can also include Australia and Switzerland. For travellers entering Singapore on or after 15 November 2021, this list of countries can also include the ROK. 4 For example, a traveller from the USA may transit via Germany to take a designated VTL flight from Germany to Singapore.

Travellers who are transferring or transiting through Singapore will also be allowed to Travel on the designated VTL flights. These travellers5 must present vaccination certificates issued in any VTL country or Singapore and must have remained in one or more of the VTL countries and/or Singapore in the last 14 consecutive days prior to travelling on a designated VTL flight. Such travellers6 will also be required to take a pre-departure PCR test within 48 hours before departing to Singapore. Information of the designated VTL flights will be made available on the websites of the relevant airlines connecting Singapore and the VTL country.

8 5 COVID-19 All travellers entering Singapore are required to take the following COVID-19 . Testing Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests: Pre-Departure PCR Test. Travellers must undergo this test within 48 hours before departing to Singapore and obtain a negative test result. Test result certificate must be presented in English. On-Arrival PCR Test. Travellers are required to take this test upon arrival at Changi Airport. 5 Children aged 12 years and below in the calendar year ( those born in or after 2009, if transiting/transferring through Singapore in 2021) are not required to present any proof of vaccination to Travel on the designated VTL flights to transfer or transit through Singapore. 6. Children aged 2 years and below in the calendar year ( those born in or after 2019, if transiting/transferring through Singapore in 2021) are not required to undergo the pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test to transfer or transit through Singapore.

After being notified of their negative on-arrival test results, travellers will be allowed to go about their activities in Singapore. 7 COVID-19 Short-term visitors must purchase Travel insurance for the entire duration of their stay . Travel in Singapore, with a minimum coverage of S$30,000 for COVID-19-related medical insurance treatment and hospitalisation costs, prior to Travel to Singapore. Should their COVID- 19 treatment cost go beyond S$30,000, visitors will have to pay for the excess. 7 The accommodation must be a residential (ie. HDB flat, condominium or landed property) or non-residential accommodation ( hotel or serviced apartment). Travellers may refer to the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) website for a list of hotels currently accepting visitors travelling to Singapore on the VTL.
