7 We always strive to give our dealers and customers the best service possible in the horse trailerparts business, and with your help and cooperation, we hope to continue this IMMEDIATELY:* All Parts orders must be submitted to the Parts Department on our current Parts order forms, via fax at (775)227-6253 or the web. When all necessary information is completed on your faxed order, it will then be signedand dated as confirmed by the person processing your order. This confirmed order would then be returned toyou by fax.

8 Incomplete orders will be returned without confirmation until all necessary information is obtainedon the order. Only after these steps are completed will the Parts Department process your order. If you haveany questions or need help with your orders, please call The Sundowner Parts Department.* All Parts orders must be received and confirmed at least 24 hours before shipment. In the past, we have triedto ship orders of most bought and some fabricated Parts on the same day of which they were received. Weregret that this is not longer possible, as we now schedule all shipments one day in advance.

9 * If you discover you need Parts and you have trailers on today's shipping list, you will need to contact theshipping coordinator, ext. 2177, to put your trailer on hold for Parts that were not previously on order. If youneed to ship Parts on another dealer's trailer, you will need to make arrangements with the Parts departmentand shipping coordinator. The shipping coordinator will then contact the Parts Department with shippinginstructions.* Any orders to be shipped by load, UPS, to the dealer or customer must be put on separate order forms.

10 * Any Parts needing to be switched from one load to another load will generate a new work order and will not beprocessed until the following day. NOTE: There will be an additional charge of $ to off load Parts off ofone trailer onto another.* All aluminum-fabricated Parts have at least a 48-hour lead-time. Fabricated Parts include all built Parts , cuttubing or rails, running boards and any aluminum or steel sheets.* Any fabricated part built and then canceled is subject to a 20% re-stock fee. Any canceled non-currentfabricated part will be billed at full price.
