Mas-ter's or doctorate degree preferred. 5 Qualifications: Master's degree in educa-tion. Seven years of progressively more responsible administrative experience in teaching and Administration or supervision, with a minimum of four years administrative experience, some at the principal level. Extensive knowledge and application of the preK-12 principles, prac-tices, methods and techniques, of public school Administration . 8 Primary responsibility involves the oversight and coordination of fire inspections, re-inspections and annual inspection scheduling with the fire marshal s Office , FCPS staff and vendors. Assists with the management of a satellite maintenance facility and personnel. Qualifications: Any combination of educa-tion and experience to a bachelor's degree in business Administration , facilities man-agement, or related field, or in a technical filed including fire inspections, plus two years' progressive experience in the over-sight and coordination of fire inspections, one year with oversight or lead responsibili-ties.

9 Knowledge of national, state, county, and school board regulations, directives, and policies and/or codes applicable to functional responsibilities. Knowledge of best practices with respect to customer service. Skill in oral and written communica-tions. Ability to work independently to re-solve conflicts and problems. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with school personnel, peers, subordinates, and the public. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. May be required to work an evening and/or night shift on a regular or rotating basis, and/or agree to assume an emergency call-out list status.

10 Required to achieve compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Qualifications: Any combination of educa-tion and experience equivalent to a bache-lor's degree in construction management, architecture or a related field, plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in construction project planning and management, two of which shall have been in an oversight or supervisory capaci-ty. Thorough knowledge of the theories and practices of architectural design and/or con-struction management and engineering; thorough knowledge of modern construction practices and methods including design, scheduling, and fiscal and technical admin-istration of major construction projects; abil-ity to review and analyze construction plans and specifications; ability to enforce con-tractual specifications; ability to train and supervise subordinates; ability to develop and enforce time-lines for completion of projects.
