2 When I amhaving a bad day I find itdifficult to talk or do manythings, so need moresupport with daily tasks. - Myfamily live now outside of thearea, so I can no longerhave their Support . - When Ihave been very ill I haveneeded more help from ABCA gency. I had to choosebetween Support during theday and Support in theevening or night. I would likeadvice about using mypersonal budget from thecouncil, as my healthchanges: I would like to usesome of budget for things Ican do when feelingstronger (things that improvehow I feel, like doing acourse or going out), and beable to put some by forwhen I am unwell.

3 - Nothaving routines in my life. Ifeel that am in a viciouscycle, become more unwell,more depressed and thenneed more day-to-daysupport. - I was havingCognitive BehaviourTherapy, but it has finishednow. It started to help me todeal with things, so I wouldlike to find out about moretherapy. I am worried aboutmy mental health gettingworse. Finally, I find it hardto ask for help, but realisethat I do need more supportnow, so that I can moveforward, be moreindependent and learn tocope and need less supportin goals andthings I want toachieve from life- Getting the right amount ofsupport now, so I can moveforward in life.

4 - Move house- Find out about what I cando about my Dyslexia. - Getout and about more, toimprove my physical andmental wellbeing. - Start acollege course, for examplelearn a language. - Find outabout therapy sessions -Find out about volunteering,to learn and Support otherpeople with I bring to my Support PlanWhat I am goodat, my skills andwhat people likeabout meTalented, funny, caring,generous, kind, andphilosophical - Other peoplehave said this!
