1 Supporting PCR Swabs for Children 12 years Ensuring timely PCR Swabs for persons who meet the criteria for swabbing is crucial to COVID-19 case detection in the community. This resource kit provides information on clinics that are able to support the Swab-and-Send-Home (SASH) referrals for paediatric patients 12 years who are assessed by their GP to require a swab. A. SASH GPs who swab Children 12 years To locate SASH GPs who are able to swab Children 12 years , please direct the child's parent or caregiver to use the following indicator on the PHPC website ( ). Please remind them to call ahead to ensure that the clinic is able to provide Swabs for Children , and to make an appointment ahead of the visit.

Other Swab Centres for Children 12 years The following centres provide Government-paid PCR Swabs for Children 12 years under the SASH. scheme, for Children with: i) a valid swab registration and referral on the Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP). Adults with no Children who need to be swabbed, should not be referred to these centres. OR. ii) a positive ART+ and who are symptomatic. The positive ART+ result and the child's ID should be captured together in one photo. No prior clinic referral is needed in this case. Do NOT bring the ART. test-kit along; only the photo of the result (with the child's ID) is needed.
