1 Texas Department of Transportation Material/Producer List 1 5/15/2019 Surface Finishes for Concrete NOTE: Refresh the page to view the most current list. The following manufacturers for Concrete Surface Finishes have complied with DMS-8110, Coatings for Concrete . This Specification describes the procedure for pre-approval. These manufacturers are pre-approved to supply the following products for use on Department projects and requisitions when DMS-8110 is referenced. The materials will require sampling and testing before use unless supplied from pretested stock. Tex-736-I, Sampling Structural Coatings, describes the sampling method. The Department reserves the right to conduct random sampling of pre-approved, certified materials for testing and to perform random audits of test reports. Department representatives may sample material from the manufacturing plant, the project site, and the warehouse.
