5 Rope Assemblies We at SWR have been manufacturing wire rope assemblies for a wide variety of applications. All assemblies are manufactured in house by our fully trained engineers with each assembly being supplied with full traceability and Test certificates in line with our ISO9001 Quality Management System. Some of the most popular rope assemblies are; Whip checks; Shutter Door and Tail Lift Ropes and Theatre Ropes & Fittings. The wire rope is manufactured at approved production facilities worldwide to the highest standards. All material is certified and has full traceability in line with our ISO9001 procedures. We also carry out independent testing in the UK. The majority of wire ropes operate in demanding conditions and must resist crushing, bending fatigue and abrasion as well as achieving other performance requirements.

With our technical experience we have worked hard with our partners to ensure that all material is manufactured to the very best standards in the Steel wire rope industry. Each Steel wire rope can be supplied fully assembled complete with end terminals such as a thimble eyes, swaged ends and wedge sockets as well as many other solutions. These cable assemblies are manufactured in house by our team of engineers complete to your specifications with in-house proof loading and destruction testing carried out to ensure we meet your requirements.
