1 System ComponentsDescriptionThe odorizer is used to inject a small amount of wintergreenscent into the Carbon Dioxide while flowing through the pip-ing network. When the Carbon Dioxide discharges into thehazard area, it will carry a scent of wintergreen with it. Thiswintergreen scent is a warning to personnel entering thehazard area that the area contains a concentration of car-bon Dioxide and precautions must be taken, either leave thearea immediately or secure proper breathing apparatus.
