Warranties: Allpar t Supply guarantees it s pro ducts to be fre e of defects in material and work manship for one year. The company s li abil ity is limited to in voic e pri ce of the pro duct or replacement part fre e of charge at the company s dis cretion. Li abili ty for def ects does NOT extend to la bor or conse quential damages. Alterations & Indemnification: Allpart Supply s part s are designed for specific appli cations and uses. Modifications and al ter ations to parts supplied by the company void the warranty and disqualify the part from store cre dit . 5 Fr eight: All ord ers are shipped FOB Fort Worth, Texas. Fr eig ht and COD charges will be added to the in voice at time of shipment. Retu rn Policy: All re turned pro duct must be accompanie d by an RGA number (Return ed Goods Authori zation) to be obtai ned fro m the company prior to re turn. Parts re turned wit hout an RGA number are subje ct to re fusal. Part s must be ret urn ed fre ight pre paid by the purchas er. Rest ocki ng Fee and Credit: A 15% res tockin g fee wil l be applied to all re turn ed pro ducts. The balance of the credit will be applied to purchaser for store cre dit . Purchaser is res ponsible for all re turn fre ig ht. Refused ship ments shall also be subje ct to the 15% res tockin g fee as well as all outbound and re turn freight charges.
