3 45To Answer an Incoming CallWhen you hear an incoming call ring at your Practica t110 telephone, push the TALK BUTTON (5) and the Practica t110 telephone will go off hook and the IN USE LED will light. After completing your conversation, push the TALK BUTTON (5) again to hang up the phone. The IN USE LED will go mute the Practica t110 , press the mute switch, this will mute both the agent and the superviser. The mute LED will light up. To unmute, press this again and the LED will turn warranty, SERVICE or assistance, contact your local Practica t110 is a complete headset telephone which can be con-nected to any wall jack with an RJ11 modular Plug one end of the modular telephone line cord (supplied) into your telephone wall Plug the other end of the modular telephone line cord into the jack on the back of the Practica t110 (1).

Insert the plug from the headset cord into the jack on the front of the Practica t110 (9) with the HEADSET : AFTER INSTALLING YOUR PRACTICA t110 TELEPHONE, IT IS NECESSARY TO WAIT 10 SEC-ONDS FOR IT TO INITIALIZE PRIOR TO USING IT FOR THE FIRST OperationTo Make an Outgoing CallPut the Headset on and adjust for comfort. Adjust boom mic so that it is about the width of two fingers from your mouth. Push the TALK BUTTON (5). You should now hear a dial tone in your Headset speaker and the IN USE LED will light. You can move the VOLUME control to adjust the dial tone volume to a comfortable sound level. Using the dial pad of your Practica t110 , dial the number you want to call. You should hear the numbers dialing in your Headset speaker. After completing your con-versation, push the TALK BUTTON (5) again to hang up and disconnect the call.
5 The IN USE LED will go Safety Instructions WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or injury to persons, read and follow these instructions. 6 Place the headband over your head with the speaker positioned over the ear of your preference. With one hand grasp and hold the ear cushion to steady, and carefully pull the boom mic down and into position so that the mic is in front or slightly to the side of your mouth. 8 Los auriculares del Practica t110 incluyen un micr fono de alta calidad que permite las comunicaciones de voz claras. El brazo del micr fono se puede mover para colocar el auricular sobre la oreja derecha o izquierda. Col quese la diadema con la bocina sobre la oreja que prefiera. Sujete con una mano la almohadilla del auricular para mantenerla firme y mueva con cuidado el brazo del micr fono primero hacia abajo y despu s hacia la posici n adecuada, de manera que el micr fono quede frente a su boca o ligeramente a un lado. Coloque el micr fono a unos 2,5 cm de su : no doble el micr fono que hay al final del cable, ya que podr a da ar el cableado el clip para fijar el cable al cuello o la solapa de su ropa, de manera que no le estorbe. Deje el cable suficientemente holgado para que pueda mover libremente la cabeza sin desplazar los sticas y controles1.
