6 "Software"means the computer programs in object code, originally licensed by Avayaand ultimately utilized by End User, whether as stand-alone products orpre-installed on Hardware. "Hardware" means the standard hardwareoriginally sold by Avaya and ultimately utilized by End typesDesignated System(s) License (DS). End User may install and use each copyof the Software on only one Designated Processor, unless a different numberof Designated Processors is indicated in the Documentation or other materialsavailable to End User. Avaya may require the Designated Processor(s) to beidentified by type, serial number, feature key, location or other specificdesignation, or to be provided by End User to Avaya through electronic meansestablished by Avaya specifically for this where expressly stated otherwise, no use should be made of materialson this site, the Documentation(s) and Product(s) provided by Avaya.
