6 Comprehensive inspection The vehicle must be reconditioned to meet all of the inspection standards outlined in the 170+ point Volvo Certification Inspection Checklist. Service loaners and demos Service loaners and demos that meet the above requirements are eligible for the certified by Volvo program. Ineligible vehicles A vehicle is not eligible for certification if the vehicle: Was bought back by the manufacturer (titled as manufacturer buyback). Has a voided new-car warranty. Odometer does not indicate actual mileage. Was repurchased under a state or federal warranty law. Was branded as a Lemon Law buyback, salvage, junk, irreparable, or some other similar title by any state.

7 Sustained damage in an impact, fire, or flood that substantially impairs its safety or use. Was sold as-is or has frame/structural damage as announced, declared, or reported by auction or Vehicle History Reports. Please refer to Inspection Handbook for complete details on vehicle eligibility. 2018 certified by Volvo Operations Guide 5 Pre- owned Vehicle Locator Eighty-five percent of customers use online research when looking for a pre- owned vehicle, so we want to be sure that our vehicles are right out in front and our brand is top-of-mind. The Volvo Pre- owned Vehicle Locator lets customers search for a vehicle as broadly or specifically as they d like, with many more options than they ve had before.

8 Customers can easily save their favorites, compare vehicles, and save their search criteria for their next visit. They can also set search alerts to be notified by email if a vehicle matching their criteria becomes available. The site features all certified and non- certified pre- owned Volvos and includes pre- owned vehicles from across the United States. The data is drawn from , which is fed by your Dealer Management System. As long as the information you ve entered is accurate and complete, your vehicles should display properly in the tool. Every retailer has their own microsite essentially a personalized version of the Pre- owned Vehicle Locator that features that retailer s vehicles exclusively.

9 The Volvo Pre- owned Vehicle Locator is optimized for search engines, so customers can find our vehicles quickly when they re using sites such as Google. We also have a link to the locator on the certified Pre- owned section of the Volvo consumer site. Consumers can access the Pre- owned Vehicle Locator at: or navigate to the site from by clicking certified by Volvo. Then, click Search Inventory to access the locator. 2018 certified by Volvo Operations Guide 6 The 360 Online Portal Volvo Cars USA and Volvo Car Financial Services offer its dealers the Volvo 360 Online Portal where you can view and manage your off-lease portfolio and purchase off-rental and company vehicles.
