DEFINITIONS This CONTRACT contains several words that have a specific meaning when they appear in ITALICS: CONTRACT/AGREEMENT: the coverage afforded to YOU under this document along with the REGISTRATION PAGE and APPLICATION. YOU, your : the person or entity stated as the purchaser on the APPLICATION and REGISTRATION PAGE. WE, US, OUR: United States Warranty Corporation, located in Cleveland, Ohio, is the provider and administrator of this AGREEMENT that will evaluate and process all claims, issue the AUTHORIZATION number and the obligor responsible for paying the REPAIR COST.

4 DEALER/SELLER: the entity or person that sold this CONTRACT. VEHICLE: the vehicle stated on the APPLICATION and REGISTRATION PAGE. APPLICATION: the form captioned Service Contract Application signed by YOU at the time YOU applied for coverage. REGISTRATION PAGE: a document WE provide acknowledging OUR approval of the APPLICATION and listing the coverage PLAN, ENDORSEMENTS and other essential information including the EFFECTIVE DATE and expiration date. TERM: the time period from the EFFECTIVE DATE to the expiration date expressed in days, months, mileage, hours, cycles or any combination thereof as stated on the REGISTRATION PAGE.

5 OPTIONS: optional coverage purchased as stated on the APPLICATION and REGISTRATION PAGE. PLAN: the specific coverage issued (Eagle, Eagle Plus or Eagle Guardian) as stated on the REGISTRATION PAGE. EFFECTIVE DATE: The odometer reading and date on which YOU signed the APPLICATION for this CONTRACT as stated on the REGISTRATION PAGE. PART: the specific items listed under the applicable component headings, unless otherwise noted. AUTHORIZED/AUTHORIZATION: OUR pre-approval of a claim as evidenced only by an AUTHORIZATION number provided by US.

6 BREAKDOWN: the failure of any PART rendering it incapable of performing the function for which it was designed, under reasonable and normal usage, when properly serviced and maintained. REPAIR COST: the total dollar amount less the DEDUCTIBLE, which WE AUTHORIZED and will pay toward the repair of the VEHICLE. DEDUCTIBLE: the specific dollar amount as stated on the REGISTRATION PAGE, which will be deducted from the REPAIR COST on each claim. RECREATIONAL VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT CODE: RCXWWW 2015 UNITED STATES WARRANTY CORPORATION PAGE 2 AGREEMENT Subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this CONTRACT, WE will reimburse YOU or pay a licensed repair facility the REPAIR COST resulting from a BREAKDOWN of your VEHICLE.

7 Coverage is valid in both the United States and Canada. MOTORIZED PLANS EAGLE - This PLAN includes OUR base coverage and allows YOU the flexibility in customizing your own coverage by purchasing only the OPTIONS YOU need. Only listed PARTS are covered. EAGLE PLUS - This PLAN includes all coverage and most OPTIONS contained in PLAN: Eagle. Only listed PARTS are covered. EAGLE GUARDIAN - The most comprehensive exclusionary coverage available. This PLAN provides coverage for virtually all factory installed or factory approved and dealer installed mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic parts essential to the operation of your VEHICLE.

8 Full: #1-23 Full: #1-34 Full Engine Delete: #2-23 Engine Delete: #2-34 Engine Delete: excludes engine coverage Coach Only: #13-23 Coach Only: #13-34 Powertrain Only: #1-3 PLAN: EAGLE MOTORIZED 1. ENGINE COMPONENTS: Gasoline Engine: all internally lubricated engine parts and the cylinder heads, engine block, intake manifold, oil pan, timing cover and the valve covers. External Engine PARTS: dipstick, dipstick tube, engine cushions, engine mounts, engine water pump, exhaust manifolds (new VEHICLES only), flywheel/flexplate, flywheel ring gear, harmonic balancers and the harmonic balancer pulley.

9 Diesel Engine: all of the above PARTS and the: cylinder sleeves/liners, fuel injectors, mechanical injection pump and the turbocharger. 2. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION COMPONENTS: all internally lubricated automatic transmission parts, the oil pan and the RECREATIONAL VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT CODE: RCXWWW 2015 UNITED STATES WARRANTY CORPORATION PAGE 3 transmission case. External Automatic Transmission PARTS: dipstick, dipstick/oil fill tube, oil cooler, oil cooler lines and the transmission mounts.

10 4x4 Transfer Unit: all internally lubricated PARTS within the transfer case. 3. DRIVE AXLE COMPONENTS: all internally lubricated drive axle parts and the drive axle housing. External Drive Axle PARTS: constant velocity joints, drive shaft, drive shaft support, drive wheel hubs and the half shafts. 4. ELECTRONIC HI-TECH COMPONENTS: camshaft position sensor, coolant temperature sensor, crank position sensor, electronic anti-detonation controller, electronic anti-detonation sensors, electronic driver information display, electronic driver information display module, engine electronic control module, engine electronic timing control module, engine temperature sending unit, fuel injection control module, intake air temperature sensor, head temperature sensor, knock sensor, manifold absolute pressure sensor, mass air flow sensor, phase sensor.
