2 The group s products are primarily used to control, direct and measure the flow of oil and gas as it is moved from individual wellheads through flow lines, gathering lines and transmission systems to refineries, petrochemical plants and industrial centers for Process Valves division provides critical service Valves for refinery, chemical and petrochemical processing businesses and for associated storage terminal applications, particularly through the OrBIT and GenerAL VALVe product lines. OrBIT and GenerAL VALVe lines are complimented by WKM and TBV valve products and expand the scope of this division s product offerings. TBV valve products are manufactured and assembled at Cameron s new facility in Millbury, Massachusetts. The TBV facility offers 100,000 ft2 of space of which 80,000 ft2 is dedicated to manufacturing, assembling, testing, shipping, and quality assurance.

3 The increased manufacturing space has afforded Cameron the opportunity to expand its product offering and size ranges. TBV is now competitive in the LnG, mining and petrochemical markets with its ability to offer larger size ranges in its line of VALVESPROCESS VALVESCT-TBV- ball -CV 04/10-SWP-3 MTBV 5 TBV FAMILY OF Cryogenic PRODUCTST echnical Summary SIZE RANGE THrOUGH 16 Dn15 THrOUGH Dn400 PORTING CONFIGURATIONSSTAnDArD POrT and FULL POrTAPPLICATIONS Air Separation Liquefied natural Gas (LnG) Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Pharmaceutical (blanketing, ph control, pipe freezing, process chilling, water treatment, shrink fitting) Transport (Trailers) Steel Mills High Purity Gases For electronic Applications Food Freezing AerospaceSERVICESA mmonia (-28 F / -33 C)Argon (- 303 F / -186 C) Carbon Dioxide (-109 F / -78 C)

Leak-free stem sealing is provided by the rings of PTFe V-ring or graphoil packing that sit on a shoulder machined on the blowout-proof stem, allowing the packing and stem to move as a unit during thermal cycles.

7 In addition, the packing is live-loaded, retained by self compensating belleville spring washers and a packing adjustment nut. These features coupled with close tolerance machining and finish of the packing bore, provide maximum stem seal life with the minimum FAMILY OF Cryogenic PRODUCTSO verall Valve Features Blow-out Proof One Piece StemThe TBV brand of Cryogenic Valves utilize a one-piece stem that engages the ball and is secured in the valve cavity with a large threaded stem collar that is set screwed for DesignFirelipPROCESS VALVESCT-TBV- ball -CV 04/10-SWP-3 MTBV 8 Cavity Pressure reliefTBV has numerous options in handling cavity pressure relief. Depending upon whether unidirectional or bidirectional flow is required as well as the type of valve configuration, we have the options listed below.

The seat sits on the raised face surface. When the ball is in the closed position, internal cavity pressure relieves around the of the seat and through the slot and then to the upstream DirectionWhere there is unidirectional flow, flow arrows are located on the valve in three areas so that there is no doubt how the flow needs to go through the valve: Bottom boss of center section Top plate of the cryo extension Stainless steel tag on bodyTBV FAMILY OF Cryogenic PRODUCTS (Cont.)Overall Valve Features PROCESS VALVESPROCESS VALVESCT-TBV- ball -CV 04/10-SWP-3 MTBV 9 OPTION 2: UnIDIreCTIOnAL reLIeF, AVAILABLe On FLAnGeD Valves , upstream relief hole in ball .
