Open your internet browser (please use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari) and type in the web address field. 2. Click on Check Your System , located in the upper right corner of the web page. 1. Just allowing pop ups for the website may not be sufficient; you should disable them for the time in which you take our course. If you have a Google toolbar, disable it while taking this course. (Please note: You may have to disable other toolbars that may also be preventing pop ups.) Now click Check Your System again to make sure Pop up blocker enabled says No. If Flash Installed says No you need to install Flash.

You will be allowed 3 attempts to pass an assessment, but please note that if an attempt is interrupted short of completion, that attempt is forfeited. You can keep track of your attempts by looking to the left of your assessment questions. If the number of attempts is exceeded or if you fail to successfully pass the assessment, your training session will end and you will have to pay $ to renew your login license. 9. Do not allow your session to idle over 5 minutes; you will be logged out of your account. If you need to stop or take a break, log out by clicking on the Log Out button. 10. Log out by clicking on Log Out or the Log Out button. ** Note: If you experience an interruption in your internet connection, if you improperly log out by clicking on the X in the upper right corner, or if you are timed out due to account inactivity, you will need to type the date of birth and ZIP code on record in order to access your account.
