2 There were accommodated all of the participants and officials of the Al Watani tournament 2015. Meals: Breakfast and dinner were served in the hotels in the good quality. Lunches were served in the Venue in the special tent before the playing hall. Transport: The transport between the Queen Allia Airport in Amman and Al Fanar Palace hotel was organized well, without some problems. The regular shuttle among the hotel and Venue was organized by enough number of the buses and the vans for the standing and for the wheelchairs players too. The buses needed for the trip from the hotel to the Venue only 10 15 minutes. Between hotel and Venue they had prepared, on request, minibus for the some needed officials.

3 Venues : Venue was in Prince Ra ad Bin Zeid Sport Complex: MAIN HALL - Number of tables: 9 playing tables - DONIC Waldner blue Floors: special lino good quality for the table tennis Light : good, between 700 1 000 Lux, no day light Referee s tables: in the middle of the longer side of the playing hall Computer men: by the referee table Organization office: in the same building, by the playing hall PRACTISE HALL Number of tables: 8 practice tables - DONIC Waldner blue Floors: Special lino good quality for the table tennis Light : between 550 650 Lux Function rooms in Venue: TD room, Referee room, Umpires room, Classifiers room, the pigeon-holes , room of the Nurse, and the Call area.

October 2015 After the breakfast, departure of the delegations, yet only VEN team left as all the other teams remained for the Asian Regional Championships. Officials + organizers gave there to the managers all of needed information about the tournament including team composition form .Draw and time schedule of the Single in Classes were given to delegations before the 7 am the following day in the hotel.

7 Classification: Classification was conducted on October 17th 18th in the special room in the competition area. The Classifiers Marwan Dia and Sandra Son had classified 8 players, 6 of them were new and 2 being reviewed. 3 Results : Due to some Technical problems that were as a result of the compeuter officer s wife was in hostipal and unable to help, and also the frequest changes of players just before the competition, match results were mainly in manual. Full results would be compiled in Dr. Wu s format and send to ITTF when completed.. Medical service : A TTM10 player GE YANG from China, was reported having heel injury, and Ms Sandra Sonn, Classifier and Physiotherapist, attended to him and certified that GE was to take rest for a few days before he would be able to compete in the Asian Regional Championships.

8 A nurse and a medical doctor were on duty, and yet as there were no signage so one was aware their service . Ceremonies: Opening Ceremony was organized on October 23rd at 5 pm. Medals Ceremonies were organized in two times, after the finish of the Singles and next after the end of the Teams. The Closing ceremony, where organized in the hotel with the very nice dinner. Smadi and Jasser Nuweiran from OC finished the tournament and gave everyone the nice personal participation certificates. The level of the accommodation was good. The participants lived there in the double and single rooms. Meals - Food in hotel was in general good, except more fruits would be better.

10 The service there was not so good. Lunch in venue was arranged good and participants stayed in the outside tent for lunch. Transport - The transport officer Ahmad Hyasat was the experienced 4 member of Organizing Committee and he organized it very well. Sport equipment - Very good, ITTF approved for all of our classes. Information - Time schedule and draw were on the information board . Referee - Cindy Leung ( HKG ) was very experienced referee, Matches were conducted following the time schedule, though the referee team had some problems with Dr.
