ZF 6 WG 310 Ergopower, 6F/3R full automatic gear control with lock-up function The ZF 6 WG 310 is a direct engine mounted transmission with integrated torque converter. This long drop power shift transmission provides 6 speeds forward and 3 speeds reverse as well as continuous four wheel drive. On normal operating conditions the power is distributed 30 % to front and 70 % to rear axle, and 50 / 50 power distribution can be locked by a switch from the cabin.

4 The tractor is equipped with ZF automatic gear control EST-37 (load sensing), for ease of control. The transmission is built with an integrated PTO for the hydraulic pump which is engine driven, thus maximum oil flow can be achieved even when operation of the tractor reduces torque converter speed. Fifth wheel, SISU CW-500. TR626i is as standard equipped with a heavy-duty lift boom which allows +/-10o lateral inclination of the 5th wheel. The inclination is adjusted by two double acting lift cylinders and can be easily controlled from the cabin (active tilting). The lifting height is 1000 mm and the lifting capacity is 32 tons load. The king pin is unlocked by a pneumatic cylinder, controlled from the cabin and with indicator lights. Freely oscillating mounting of the lifting cylinders ensures proper cylinder rod and barrel alignment providing long barrel and seal life.

The welded steel chassis has been designed to withstand the toughest of applications. To minimise the turning radius and damages both front corners of the chassis have been angled. Sturdy bumpers at front and at rear as well as at both sides to give full protection to the chassis and side mounted fuel, urea and hydraulic oil tanks. Heavy duty steel mudguards are integrated to chassis and rear bumper. Stairways to rear deck are on both sides of the chassis. The rear deck and the steps are with anti-slip surface.
