PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)All pesticide handlers (mixers, loaders, and applicators) must wearlong-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes, and chemical-resistant gloves. All pesticide handlers must wear a dust/mist filter-ing respirator (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-21C), whenworking in a non-ventilated space, including but not limited to crawlspaces and basements. All pesticide handlers must wear protec-tive eyewear (goggles, a face shield, or safety glasses with front,brow, and temple protection) when working in a non-ventilatedspace, including but not limited to crawl-spaces and basementsor when applying termiticide by rodding or sub-slab HAZARDSThis pesticide is toxic to birds, fish, and aquatic invertebrates.

3 Donot apply directly to water or to areas where surface water is presentor to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Runoff fromtreated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neigh-boring areas. Care must be taken to avoid runoff. Do not contam-inate water by cleaning equipment or disposal of wastes. Do notcontaminate water when disposing of equipment FOR USEIt is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner incon-sistent with its entire label before using this use by individuals/firms licensed or registered by the state toapply termiticide products. States may have more restrictive require-ments regarding qualifications of persons using this product. Consultthe structural pest control regulatory agency of your state prior touse of this SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONSU sers should wash hands thoroughly with soap and waterbefore eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or usingthe contaminated clothing.

6 Improper disposal of excesspesticide is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot bedisposed of by use according to label instructions, contact yourState Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the HazardousWaste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for case of spill, clean up dust spillage resulting from container orpack breakage by sweeping material into a pile and avoid skincontact. Carefully scoop up loose material and place it in appropri-ate containers so as to avoid dust generation. Ensure adequatedecontamination of tools and equipment following DISPOSALW ater soluble packages should be placed directly into spray tankscontaining some water. Then dispose of empty overpackaging bagin a sanitary landfill or, if allowed by government regulations, byburning or incineration.

7 If bag is burned, stay out of PRECAUTIONS When treating adjacent to an existing structure, the appli-cator must check the area to be treated, and immediateadjacent areas of the structure, for visible and accessiblecracks and holes to prevent any leaks or significant expo-sures to persons occupying the structure. People presentor residing in the structure during application must beadvised to remove their pets and themselves from the struc-ture if they see any signs of leakage. After application, theapplicator is required to check for leaks. All leaks resultingin the deposition of termiticide in locations other than thoseprescribed on this label must be cleaned up prior to leavingthe application site. Do not allow people or pets to contactcontaminated areas or to reoccupy contaminated areas ofthe structure until the clean up is completed.

8 Do not apply TERMIDOR 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticideina way that will contact any other person. Only protectedapplicators wearing personal protective equipment asrequired by this product label may be in the area duringapplication. All holes in commonly occupied areas into whichTERMIDOR 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticidehas beenapplied must be plugged. Plugs must be of a non-cellu-lose material or covered by an impervious, non-cellu-lose material. Do not apply finished solution of TERMIDOR 80 WGTermiticide/Insecticideuntil all heating/air conditioningducts, air vents, plumbing pipes, sewer lines, floor drains,heating pipes and electrical lines/conduits are known andidentified. Do not puncture or contaminate any of these. Do not treat around any edible plants with TERMIDOR 80 WGTermiticide/Insecticideused for termite control.

9 Do not contaminate public and private water supplies. Do not treat while precipitation is occurring. Do not treat soil that is water-saturated or frozen. Use anti-backflow equipment on all filling hoses. Do not use in tanks with borate contaminant' INFORMATIONTERMIDOR 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticidewhen used as recom-mended in this label provides effective subterranean termite controlbased on greater than 5 years control in standardized field tests. Inorder to maximize the termiticide potency of TERMIDOR 80 WGTermiticide/Insecticide, it should be applied in a manner to providea continuous chemical barrier to prevent termites from attacking thewood to be protected. TERMIDOR 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticideshould only be applied by licensed technicians familiar with trench-ing, rodding, short rodding, sub-slab injection, low pressurebanded surface applications, and foam delivery techniques.

10 TERMIDOR 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticideis highly effec-tive against a variety of subterranean termites includ-ing species ofReticulitermes, Zootermopsis,Heterotermes,andCoptotermes . WhileTERMIDOR 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticideis labeled for use at finished solution, the finished solution shouldbe used for typical control situations. Where severe termiteinfestations occur, where problem soils occur or where diffi-cult or problem construction types are encountered, it maybe necessary to 80 80 WG Termiticide/Insecticideis formulated as adry powder containing 80% active ingredient and is packagedin water soluble packages (paks). Paks are contained inside aresealable plastic overpacking container. Do not allow paks tobecome wet prior to adding to the spray tank.
