Terms and Conditions - Shine TV

1 Due to the high number of applications we will only be able to respond to successful applicants. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION FORM TO Shine TV ( Shine TV ), YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE APPLICATION Terms AND Conditions FOR HUNTED (the Programme ). For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions , if you are applying on behalf of a group to participate on the Programme, all applicants within that group shall be referred to jointly and severally as you and your as context dictates. Terms and Conditions 1. You must be aged 18 or over on the date of your first audition (anticipated to be scheduled after 10th January 2017). 2. You must be a British National and/or have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).

2 Should your application be taken further you may be required to give proof that you are a British National or of your right to reside in the United Kingdom. 3. You must be in good health and aware of no reason why you should not be able to take part in the Programme. 4. Employees of Shine TV and/or Channel 4 (and members of their immediate family or household) are not eligible to apply for the Programme. 5. Neither Shine TV nor Channel 4 shall be responsible for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any aspect of the online application system or email which may result in any applications not being properly received. 6. You are responsible for all costs associated with your accessing of the Programme application form including but not limited to: mobile network usage costs, data usage costs and costs associated with your internet provider.

3 Shine TV accepts no responsibility for any charges you may incur, and recommends that for your ease in completing the application form and to reduce any mobile network charges you might incur, you use an available wireless network. 7. You hereby agree that the information you supply on this form (including but not limited to your personal details such as your health and any unspent criminal convictions): a. may be included in a contestant database compiled by Shine TV for the purpose of considering your application; b. will be used for purposes related to the administration, production and exploitation of the Programme and for related services; c.

4 May be used for inclusion and/or read out in the Programme; d. may be used for safeguarding your welfare (and the welfare of other Programme participants); and e. will not be supplied to third parties other than Channel 4, Shine s medical and psychological experts, and our insurers other than as is reasonably necessary for the purposes of producing the Programme. 8. Shine TV complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act ) and will collect, store and use any data about you as provided in this application in accordance with the Act. 9. You understand that Shine TV are also looking to find applicants who may wish to participate in the Programme in groups of two or three (the Group ).

5 If you have provided information in your application form relating to another individual in your Group, including but not limited to their contact information, you confirm to Shine TV that you have obtained that individual s consent, having fully explained to them the purpose of providing the information. 10. In the event that Shine TV wishes to progress only one applicant from your Group, Shine TV shall be entitled to do so without any obligation to the other applicant(s) in your Group. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that you become aware that your fellow applicant has been called to an audition, whilst you have not, the confidentiality provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions at clause 14 below will continue to apply.

6 11. If you are short-listed to participate in the Programme, you agree to authorise Shine TV to undertake background checks (including DBS check for any unspent criminal convictions) to verify any of the information you have supplied in your application and you agree to undergo psychological and medical screening (which will include Shine TV contacting your GP to ascertain some of your medical history). 12. Completing an application form or receiving an audition date or participating in any other stage of the casting process does not automatically mean that you will be appearing on the Programme. 13. All information supplied (including personal details) in your application or otherwise provided must be truthful, accurate and not misleading.

7 If any of the information you give is found to be false and/or misleading, Shine TV will be entitled to exclude you from the Programme selection process, or (if you are selected to take part) exclude you from participating or participating further in the Programme and if you have already taken part in the Programme you may be required to forfeit any prize you may have won. Please note that all decisions regarding applications shall made by Shine TV and Channel 4 in its discretion and shall not be subject to appeal. 14. You agree to keep details about your application for the Programme confidential.
