3 Inaddition,wemayprovidethisinformationth rough secureandconfidentialmeanstootherwellnes svendorswithwhichyour employer/healthplanhascontractedwhensuch informationsharingis appropriate. Forexample,wemayprovideyouremployer s/healthplan sdisease managementvendorwithaparticipant snameifwedeterminethatsuch participantwouldbenefitfromdiseasemanage mentoutreach,orwemayprovide youremployer's/healthplan stobaccocessationvendorwithaparticipant s informationifthatpersonself reportedusingaformoftobaccosothatheorshe may be invited to participate in a tobacco cessation program. Wewillcomplywithallfederalstateandlocall aws,rules,andregulations toensurethatthegreatestamountofcareisexe rcisedwhencollecting,handling, storing, and sharing any information provided by a participant. the Site InordertoparticipateinallSiteactivities, allparticipantsmayberequired toregisterforapersonalaccountontheSite(a UserAccount )byprovidingan create,use,andaccessonlyoneUserAccount,a ndthatyouwillnotaccessthe Site using multiple User Accounts.
