Goodson Electric was here Dec. 22 to repair the power box on our back lift station. The sidewalk has been removed at #366. Please be careful if you are walking or riding your bike, as they will be removing a tree at that unit. Our rip rap starts Jan. 19. The Board of Directors would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. TREASURER'S REPORT DIEGO GONZALEZ: A full disclosure of the park's financial status is available at the park office.

2 We continue to be in a sound financial condition. RULES AND REGULATIONS: It has come to the attention of the board and management that activities bordering on the level of solicitation are occurring in our park. It is clearly stated in our rules and regulations that such activities are not permitted or tolerated in our community. XIV. MISCELLANEOUS . 4. Selling, soliciting or peddling within the park is not permitted. No commercial enterprise is allowed in the Park. Please be considerate of others and be alert to anyone taking advantage of your neighbors. Notify the office of any suspicious activities you may encounter. NEWS FROM THE REC BOARD. Next meeting is Monday, January 12, 2015 at 9:00 Meetings are open to all TCM Recreation Assoc. Members. BINGO Bingo is on Monday nights at 6:30 (please note the time change). If you need more information, please contact Rose Dander at 722-5051.

3 BRIDGE We meet at 6:30 on Wednesday nights. Please feel free to join us, no matter what your skill level. "BUSY BRUSHES" ART GROUP - meets each Monday from 1 to 3 in the library. Anyone interested in painting or learning to paint in any medium is invited to join the group. No previous experience is necessary. Contact Judi Renkenberger @ 721-4690 if you have questions. GARDEN CLUB - meets on Tuesdays, at 9 (weather permitting). If you would like to join us, please call Jo Thielen or Judi Renkenberger. We'd love to have your help! Also, we have 2015. calendars yet, at $10 each. HORSESHOES - Horseshoes will be starting up again on January 5. The list for playing is still posted, and you have time to sign up. Everyone can play even if you were not able to sign up for the coming season. The sign- up sheet is for me, so I know how many players will be there.

4 There will be a sign up sheet at the horseshoe pits on Jan 5 around 9:15. This is for playing that day. The last one to sign in, if we have an odd amount, may not be able to play, as we need an even number. We all will put in a $ for prize money, as we did in the past. I'm looking forward to seeing you all and having another great season, Dick Bastis #405. 1. LADIES' GOLF - We will play at Greens of Manatee. They have agreed to let us have a noon tee time and charge us afternoon rates. We will leave here around 11:30 Please call Lynn Searles at 941-721-3245 if you have questions or need a ride. MEN'S GOLF - Men's golf at Terra Ceia will begin at 9:30 on Fridays. Please arrive by 9:10. Please call Dave Renkenberger (721-4690) if you have questions or need a ride. PICTURE BOARD Bob Haas is, once again, volunteering his time to take pictures for the picture board in the clubhouse.

5 He is available to take pictures after coffee each Saturday, or you may make an appointment with Bob for a different time. You may contact him at 248-719-0952. SATURDAY MORNING COFFEE - Please arrive at the Clubhouse ~8:30 for a social time. The program, complete with donuts and coffee, begins at 9 This is an excellent way to meet your neighbors and find out what is happening the following week. We are always in need of volunteers to set up for coffee or provide music. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board and instructions posted in the kitchen. SHUFFLEBOARD - Shuffleboard begins at 11:00 on January 6! Please be at the courts early. Will you please pick your captains and let me know so I can print the final schedule! Each player needs to pay $ per match per week. That is $ on weeks that are doubles. In addition, we will need to pay a $ entry fee the first week.

6 If you will be absent on any given day, please call your own sub. We do not have many and hope to add more as the season progresses. Please call any Shuffleboard Board member with questions. Thanks. We are looking forward to another great season, Lynn Searles, Secretary. TCM CRAFT CLUB The TCM Craft Club is meeting on Fridays at 9 The format will be different this year. We are hoping you will bring things you are working on and a list of things you would like to learn. We are planning to have a demonstration craft once a month so the rest of us can learn too. If you would like to work on crafts as you have done in the previous years, we still have supplies; so choose your craft. WATER AEROBICS Water aerobics is held at 10:30 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This activity will, again, be led by John and Bernie Reihl. CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES.

There are many historic sights and museums for you to enjoy. Watch for a detailed flyer.. SUNDAY, JANUARY 4 The Monthly Golf Scramble will be held at Pinewood/Ironwood Golf Course in Bradenton. A signup sheet is posted in the clubhouse. The list of teams will be posted just prior to the tournament. Everyone is welcome. New Residents Come and join us. Please arrive at the course by Noon. Please watch for a sign-up sheet and attend coffee hour for more details. The plans are still in the making. 10 If you have not received a letter containing the agenda, a proxy, and the proposed budget for 2015, please contact any Board member. The names of the officers are listed on our bulletin board. In order to conduct an election, we must have 51% of the membership represented by their presence or their proxy. If you are unable to attend, please complete your proxy and give it to a friend, neighbor, or a Board member. Membership dues ($5) for 2015 may be paid at this meeting.
