2 Thorough cleaning with The power -MagThe POWER-MAG is an extremely powerfulferrous separation system enablingthorough cleaning of various materials. Thesystem is uniquely suitable for use inproduction processes with very high qualityrequirements (feed and food industries) andhence complies with the CE, EHEDG andFDA standards. Moreover, each power -Magis equipped with a Neodymium magneticsystem fully protected by a stainless steelcasing. Your choice for this most powerfultype of magnet guarantees effectiveseparation of ferrous contamination, eveninto the -range.

Thanks to its compact dimensions, theseparation system can be easily built intoexisting pipeline systems. 4 The figure below gives adetailed picture of the three phases of thecleaning procedure. The material flow passes the magneticsystem (1). The magnet units, including the stainlesssteel covering, are manually or auto-matically operated pushed out of thecasing (2). For the ferrous contamination to beremoved, the magnet units are pushed outof the stainless steel covering (3). After the magnet units have been returnedto their original position, the system isimmediately ready for production (1).

5 Basic range availableA basic range of five models (semi-automatic) with an open area of / 100, 150,250, 300 and 400 mm is available fromstock.
