2 I have asked my executive assistant Beth Harris to lead in this effort as an extension of our office. In days ahead we will provide education, training opportunities and connections to Olive members who are already involved in the work. Please call Beth and she can give you direction. We are pleased to have Robert Zarahn, director of One More Child (an extension of the Florida Baptist Children's Home) with us today to pray over this new endeavor. Today is Allen Farr's last day on our team. He is moving to Hampton Roads, Virginia to join a church team there. I am grateful for his ministry here for the past eight years. He has brought consistency and confidence to the sound board and media ministry. While he serves us all, Jon Tyner and I are extremely thankful for Allen.
