8 Father Dennis Gill, the Director of the Office for Divine Worship, will coordinate the Liturgical celebrations for the Pilgrimage. At this point our plan is for the pilgrimage activities to begin at 11:00 AM and to end around 3:30 PM. The pilgrimage will include the traditional procession and crowning of Our Lady, the celebration of a Solemn Mass in the great upper Church of the Basilica with Archbishop Chaput as principal celebrant, and the opportunity during the day for the Sacrament of Penance. A more detailed schedule will be published as our plans are of Philadelphia high schools will host their annual 7th Grade Visitation Day on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. The event gives 7th graders throughout Philadelphia s five county area the opportunity to spend a day touring one of our schools, meeting students and faculty, and participating in activities at any AOPS high school. 10 !! State Champions St. Joseph s Prep are coming to Cione playground and providing a 1 day football camp for St. anne Falcons on Saturday April 20th. St. Joseph s Prep won 4 of the last 6 state championships!! We extend this invitation to all Alumnae former players and coaches of St. anne Falcons to come and support this camp and enjoy a day of football. We will be having a gathering after camp at the local Amvets Post for the coaches and alumnae. All interested 3rd to 8th grade students must pre-register by Wednesday April 10th.
