Bar/Lounge Remodeling Finally Done, Capped Off with Celebration Pictured are Past Commander Ed White, Commander Dickens and Past Commander Haywood V. Moss Behind the bar at the May 12th Event American Legion Post 259, located in CLINTON , Md., recently finished their remodeling project in updating the bar/lounge and bathrooms. But the renovations that took place were met with many unforeseen challenges. Elbert Ed White, Post 259 Judge Advocate, oversaw the remodeling project. He is also chairman of the Post's building commission, that began in August 1992. The commission has six members. Most of it is common sense, said White.
