10 In addition, this period will focus on the turnaround of State Legal Services to strengthen the capability of State to manage litigation and to protect the interest of vulnerable and marginalized planning process began with a two-day brainstorming session during the month of May 2016, and a follow-up session was held in July 2016. The final planning sessions took place during the months of August and November 2016.
