4 CIF Yangon Unit and Total Prices in United State Dollars Currency must be quoted. 2. Purchasing would be made the whole package. So, all items must be quoted. 3. The prices are to be valid for 120 days from the closing date of 2 October 2018. The quotation valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the as non-responsive Offer. 4. TO ADVISE ( A ) Earliest delivery period. ( B ) Country of Origin. ( C ) The Name of Manufacturer. ( D ) The Name of Port of Shipment. 5. BID SECURITY (BID BOND) ( A ) The bidder shall furnish Bid Security in the amount of US$ which must be valid Six (6) months from your submission date. ( B ) Bids not accompanied by Bid Security (Bid Bond) (Original) issued by any Bank shall not be considered. ( C ) One Bid Security shall be accepted only for One Offer (One Option). ( D ) The Bid Security be forfeited; (a) If a Bidder withdraws its bid during the period of bid validity, pursuant to Clause 3.

5 (b) In the case of successful Bidder, if the Bidder fails; (i) To sign the Purchase Contract ; or (ii) To furnish performance Bank Guarantee. 6. REQUIRED DOCUMENT FOR BIDDING The following documents shall be contained in the bidding as a minimum: (A) Company Registration and Profile Copy. (B) Track Record. (C) Financial Statement. (Latest Audit Report) (D) Document Copies for Tax and Duty Paid. 7. PAYMENT ( A ) Payment shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer Remittance after duly receipt of confirmation report from our Inspection Team. ( B ) No Interest will be charged for delayed payment due to unfavorable circumstances at the Buyer s side. 8. To advise Beneficiary s Name, Address and Banking Details. 7 9. In the event of purchase, MOGE S Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract shall be applied.

6 10. Stamp duty for executing of the Contract shall be borne by SUPPLIER in accordance with Internal Revenue Department. 11. MOGE reserves the right to reject any partial or whole bid without furnishing reasons. 12. The supplier needs to provide Technical Proposal with the complement of terms and conditions such as specifications, catalogue, manufacture s Name, Brand Name, Country of Origin, Model No, Diagram, Testimonial Certificates, Price Validity, Delivery, Port of Shipment, Payment Terms and etc ., and Commercial Proposal with Total CIF Yangon value demonstrated by break down price only. 13. The representative of suppliers shall be invited to attend the Tender Opening Meeting. In the Tender Opening meeting, we shall announce only the list of the suppliers submitting both the Commercial Proposal and the Technical Proposal completely.

The Technically acceptable suppliers shall be again invited to the Tender meeting of the and we shall open the Commercial Proposals and slide show the prices. 14. Due to the Price Negotiation Meeting will not be held for the Bid, only one supplier who submitted lowest CIF Yangon price with technically acceptable shall be chosen to award so that the price should be reasonable and lowest. 15.
