2 So in honor and in memory of Bill and his accom-plishments, the Board and friends have suggesteda flagpole. The flagpole will have space available toadd the names of future dedicated Board Membersas well, and so will serve in memory of those whogave their time, talents and heart to making our homethe wonderful and beautiful complex it is. Accordingly, we will need the majority of an Owner svote to add this flag pole to the front gate area bythe Clubhouse. He isthe current Board President, and served as President ofthe Board in 2012, 2013, and in part of 2015 as took the Presidency upon the passing of Bill VanEngelenburg in November, 2015.

5 Immediately prior tothis he had served as as Vice President and MaintenanceChairperson, helping to coordinate maintenance issuesbetween the Board and has always been interested in the plant , thebuildings and grounds, and in seeing that they re wellmaintained and that the services offered work well comments: If you have been to the once-a-monthBoard Meetings over the last four years, chances are youknow me. 6 Before I knewit I was managing two locations full time and loving it!Although I worked long hours, often 10am - 10pm, I enjoyedmanaging the store and employees, and buildingrelationships with the recently, I have assisted Pat Fischer Nissancoordinate special events such as the: Indian River MusicFestival, Titusville Christmas Parade, VeteransAppreciation Parade, Trunk or Treat, Family Fun Day at theAmerican Police Hall of Fame & Museum, and more. I havealso worked with the Downtown Titusville MerchantsAssociation helping to coordinate the monthly Friday NiteLive events downtown. I have served on the Board ofDirectors for both Downtown Titusville MerchantsAssociation and Harbor Pointe Condominium as Secretaryfor the past about Board Candidacy: I absolutely love livinghere and I love being involved with my community!

8 Mike De Voss. Unit 5-1102I grew up in Titusville and graduated from Astronaut HighSchool. After college I worked for Lockheed at KSC for 14years on the Shuttle moved to Raleigh, NC and lived there for 14 years beforemoving back to Titusville in have lived at Harbor Pointe since 2011, together with mywife Michelle and son , I am a Quality Assurance Software Managerfor a marketing applications company. I manage test teamsin both the and the Philippines. I handle the day-to-day activities of my test teams to ensure that the work isprogressing as also coordinate work schedules and assignments withnumerous project teams. I work diligently to ensure allteam members are working together seamlessly, and thatproducts are efficiently delivered to our clients with thehighest quality , I am actively involved in our church.

9 I serve onseveral committees which has included planning,scheduling and implementing various initiatives. I alsoenjoy working out, playing sports and have served on the Harbor Pointe Board for the last 2years. I am also the webmaster and provide general ITsupport for the Board and the Leland management 3 Tom joined the Board in fall of 2015, filling a mid-yearvacancy . He has since become fond of the job, he says, andwants to continue in it. I am pleased at how much theBoard accomplishes, and really enjoy association with myfellow Board Members, he businessman, (founder, and retired hands-on owner , to-gether with his wife Irene, of a cleaning equipment manu-facturing business in Wisconsin), he is acting as owner at Harbor Pointe since March, 2009, Tom and hiswife spend about 4-5 months per year in Wisconsin.
