HOW WILL WE USE THE Self-Reliance METRICS? scountries,weareable to put a stake in the ground of understanding what it means to reorient around the concept of Self-Reliance . Toinformstrategicdecisions. Whiletheywillnotbetheonlytool,themetrics willbeanimportantpart of where we anchor our country strategies going forward.
