1 Copyright 2008 iPEC Coaching 1 The Law of Being Coaching Program Coaches Notes Prior to the first session, send your client the Client Information Sheet, as well as whatever intake documents you usually use, including the wheel of life. Also, arrange for your client to take the ELI assessment. Explain to your client how to take the assessment (online, 20 minutes, be honest). (If you are already using Genos to process your assessments, follow the same procedure you always do to send the ELI to your client. Otherwise, please call Kim at 732-982-8155 for assistance.) Please note this Coaching Program is a suggested outline. Be flexible, and feel free to redesign it to meet your client s objectives. Sessions 1 9 are foundational in nature and it is probably best to do them in order. Sessions 10 15, however, may be covered, or not, in any order you and your client agree on.
2 For example, if your client s main concern is Health, you may wish to spend more time on that section. If your client has little interest in that topic, feel free to skip it. (You can discuss in advance what the next suggested session topic is, and ask your client if they wish to cover that.) Session 16 is a wrap up/evaluation session. You may find that you do not have enough time in a session to cover all of the suggested exercises. If your client agrees, you can certainly stretch the suggested agenda into two or more sessions. You may also decide not to give your clients the list of specific exercises that you ll review, and instead base the session totally on what they bring to the session based on their reactions to the CDs and workbook exercises. Instruct your client to note anything that they don t get, wish clarification on, or want to expand on. Although we have designed this as a 16-week Program , you will likely find that clients will want to continue working well past that point.
3 The workbook contains enough material to literally coach someone for years on. Each of the over 200 exercises in the workbook can form the agenda for a single Coaching session and certain exercises may be revisited after a period of time, as your client s answers and perceptions will certainly shift after doing the Program . Copyright 2008 iPEC Coaching 2 In all sessions, make sure to: Weave in Energy Leadership concepts and language Relate what's happening in your client s life to his or her ELI results Continue the theme of development follow up on action items that were already agreed upon, and continually work on their overall level of consciousness.
