Agenda Item Brief Description of the Issue Decision of the Committee 1 Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous meeting held on 14/08/2013 Confirmed. However, Representative of FAPSIA raised an objection with respect to the decision recorded in the minutes at Item No. Suppl. 5 sanctioning VAT reimbursement to M/s. Parle Agro , Medak Dist. He informed that the sanction can be accorded only after receipt of clarification from CFTRI.

2 Representative of FAPSIA requested that their dissent in this record may be recorded. Additional Director (B) informed that the sanction was accorded subject to clarification from CFTRI, in order to protect the seniority of the unit. Chairman of the SLC reiterated that the SLC has to protect the interest of the industry and hence conditional sanction was given. He explained that the amounts sanctioned will only be released if CFTRI approves the activity under permitted category. 2 Follow up action on the minutes of the previous meeting held on 14/08/2013 Noted. Chairman of the SLC has directed the concerned Joint Director to persue the matter related to M/s Parle Agro Products (P) Ltd, Medak Dist with CFTRI and obtain a clarification.
