Entry level wines with the simple Bordeaux orBordeaux Sup rieur appelations are produced throughout the Gironded partement in south-western France. On the left bank of the Gironde, theM doc and Haut-M doc, cabernet - sauvignon sets the tone with wines of finesseand structure.
