It addresses a variety of practical issues having to do with both the professional and the personal lives of those called to vocational Christian MINISTRY . In this handbook the word " pastor " is used to refer to men who are ordained or who have a PASTOR'S License. The word "minister" is used to refer to men or women who have a MINISTRY License.
