Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 55:10, 11 NIV As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater so is my word that goes out from my mouth: it will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. Numbers 11:29 But Moses said to him, Are you jealous for my sake?

2 Would that all the Lord s people were prophets, that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them! Acts 3:19 21 Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. II. A Brief History of the Modern Prophetic Movement Signs, wonders and revelatory activity as recorded in Acts 2 mark the birthday of the Church under the New Covenant. When the Day of Pentecost had fully We find that manifestations of wind, fire, gifts of the Spirit, conviction and conversion followed the preaching of the Prophetic promises as recorded in the Book of Joel.

3 Through out church history there have been ebbs and flows of the Page 2 of 4 activity of the Holy Spirit, revivals and awakenings. The following is a brief glance at History of the Modern Prophetic Movement over the past 120 years. 1904 1908 Topeka, Kansas and Azusa Street Outpouring restoring the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the Gift of Speaking in Tongues. 1920 s Signs and Wonders Movement 1948 2 Streams of the Prophetic Emerge Latter Rain and Healing and Deliverance Movements. 1967 3 Streams come forth: Charismatic Renewal, Jesus People Movement and the Messianic Movement 1980 s Third Wave Movement 1988 The Rebirth of the Prophetic Movement in two primary locations: Kansas City, MO and Pan Handle of Florida 1994 1995 Toronto Blessing and Brownsville Revival 2004 and Beyond Apostolic Restoration 2014 2016 - 4th Wave Begins TODAY!

4 - Convergence of the Ages III. Applications from Previous Prophetic Movements The following are some of the expressions that the Prophetic gift and ministry were allowed to be released in the earlier Prophetic movements. 1) Prophetic Presbytery 3 or 4 gifted Elders functioning in a team ministering prophetically over selected group of believers. 2) Singing in the Spirit Singing corporately in the Gift of Tongues in congregational gatherings creating an atmosphere of the manifested presence of God. 3) Personal Prophecy Restored Not only was the inspirational gift restored but individual personal words termed personal prophecy was released and multiplied. 4) Primarily only Prophetic Platform Ministry While the Prophetic gifts were being restored the applications were restricted to primarily those sovereignly gifted For the Few, Not the Many.

Changes in the Last Generation Many Changes have occurred in our understanding and applications even over the last generation. 1) Emergence of the Prophetic in Four Levels Page 3 of 4 A) Spirit of Prophecy B) Gift of Prophecy D) Ministry of Prophecy E) Office of a Prophet 2) The Seer and The Prophet Two divergent streams of the same Holy Spirit began to value and appreciate one another versus be in suspicion and competition. 3) Men and Women Together Women were rarely released into leadership positions, therefore women did not participate in Prophetic presbyteries. Today we have room being made for women in both ministry and leadership and in every form of Prophetic ministry. 4) Joining of the Generations Instead of being in competition with one another, especially the old prophet versus the young prophet, today we have the joining of the generations.

6 5) Confronting the Religious Spirit As the Third Wave Movement emerged, along with it came the exposure and cleansing of the religious spirit in the church. This in turn began to release greater freedom and additional expressions in the Prophetic movement at large. V. A Significant Word on the Day of Atonement On the morning of the Day of Atonement in 2014, after having two significant dreams about Fathers emerging for a new Prophetic Movement, I heard the external audible voice of the Lord in my bedroom. The seeds that the seers and prophets sown a generation ago has now come into maturation and fruition. Therefore I will release again the gift of a detailed Word of Knowledge creating an atmosphere of awe, wonder and the fear of the Lord.

Political Spirit being Exposed Elitism and Control Structures Confronted New Language for the Prophetic Comes Forth Kingdom Consultants ATM Apostolic Team Ministry Fear Based Eschatology replaced by a Glorious Eschatology 7 Spirits of God Released into the 7 Cultural Mountain Key Scriptures of the 7 Spirits of God Isaiah 11:1 3 Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. And He will delight in the fear of the LORD, and He will not judge by what His eyes see, nor make a decision by what His ears hear; Revelation 5:6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it has been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders.

8 He has seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. VII. Prayer Posturing Ourselves for The Prophetic Father, we are grateful for times of new beginnings and the period of time called the restoration of all things spoken by the Holy prophets of old. We declare that we go from glory to glory and in Christ Jesus. So we are thankful for the opportunity as individuals, for our churches and ministries and for the entire Global Prophetic movement to move into a broader, deeper and purer release of Prophetic . May we grow in revelation, wisdom and application and as we set our aim towards the Great Harvest and sharing your heart with the world. Amen and Amen!
