Many of the issues with which we struggle are the same ones He has already dealt with; we struggle because we focus too much on all the religious do s and don ts instead of focusing on Jesus.

2 When we want to change for the better but can t do so by ourselves, the Spirit of Grace changes us from the inside out. Notes: 1. Grace is Jesus Christ, Himself; living under Grace enriches our lives. 2. The devil doesn t need to get us to sin if he can instead get us to try to keep the law. The law is designed to increase sin; therefore, trying to keep the law will eventually cause us to sin. 3. The sacrifice of Jesus body and blood for sin must never be cheapened. We can t live the life of Grace without the Spirit of Grace . 4. All sin is the same, regardless of whether we think it is big or small. 5. We can t discern things of the Spirit if we re still living under the law; conversely, if we re led by the law, we are not under the Spirit .
