1 Jaguar and land rover Online Service History The information in this post is correct at the time of publication and to the best of our knowledge. However, manufacturers update their websites regularly and you should check the website carefully to ensure that you are completing the task correctly according to current instructions. All Jaguar and land rover technical information and Online Service Histories are accessed through the TOPix system at: or Notes: 1. Access to Jaguar and land rover Online Service Histories is a 2-stage process. You will need to register for access to the TOPix system at the URL above and you will additionally have to contact land rover for access to Online Service History by writing to Lian Patston Jaguar land rover Maildrop G/33/13. 2 Alternatively, you can scan the letter and email it to Lian at 3. Online Service Histories are found on all Jaguar and land rover vehicles from 1st July 2013. The system is identical for each brand although you must use the correct URL for the vehicle you are working on. 4. You must update the Online Service History on the day you work on the vehicle and provide the customer with a printed record of the work carried out. 5. After you have updated the record, you can edit the entry for up to 3 days. If you need to edit a record after this time you should contact JLR at the address above. 6. In this document, the example screenshots are for a land rover vehicle. The system is functionally identical for Jaguar vehicles. Once you are logged in to TOPix you will need to select the vehicle by VIN. The vehicle record will appear. At the top left of the vehicle summary page, the last service recorded will be displayed.

3 If the vehicle is not eligible for OSH the OSH tab cannot be selected. The vehicle details page also shows the vehicle features and any outstanding campaigns for the vehicle. When the OSH tab is selected, the Online Service History page will open. It shows the last recorded service for the vehicle as well as the warranty date and registration number. Click on the spanner icon to add a new record for the vehicle. Select the service completed from the drop down box on the left and enter the job number, date and vehicle mileage. In the centre column, tick the boxes for the work carried out then click on Submit in the bottom right hand corner. Once the record has been updated, the screen will automatically update with the next service type, mileage and date. Select the print icon (next to the add new record icon) to create a .PDF copy which should be printed for the customer's records. Before the PDF copy record is created the system asks you to confirm the country and whether the odometer reading is in Miles or Kilometres.
