8 The East and West Garages are for the use of both tenants and visitors, while theCentral Tower Garage is reserved strictly for executive professional parking management company manages the garages as a service to our tenants and theirclients. The following information answers the questions most often asked about our parking amenities. Forany information not covered in this manual, please contact the General Manager in the West Tower ParkingGarage OPERATIONSFor your convenience, the parking garage office is located on the property in the West Tower, Suite 160. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Bikes are not to be parked or securedon any other part of the property or inside of the LANE PARKINGThe City of Irving prohibits parking in all designated fire lanes. These lanes are marked with a red stripe andwhite lettering that states Fire Lane, No Parking, Towing Enforced. Due to the fire and life safety issuesinvolved, vehicles left unattended in a fire lane for any amount of time may be towed at the driver sexpense.
