1 Thermometer Calibration Log Fill up a large cup with mostly ice and a little water, place the Thermometer in the cup, stir and wait 1 minute for the Thermometer to stabilize and then record the temperature. If the Thermometer is within +/- 2 F of 32 F than the Thermometer is calibrated, if not the Thermometer must be calibrated, or removed from use. Managers will verify that Thermometer Calibration is being checked.
