2 "Insured Contract" contract for a lease of premises. 3 Tort li-ability means a liability that would be imposedby law in the absence of any contract f. does not include that part of anycontract or agreement:(1)That indemnifies an architect, engineer orsurveyor for injury or damage arising out of:(a)Preparing, approving or failing to pre-pare or approve maps, shop drawings,opinions, reports, surveys, field orders, change orders or drawings and specifi-cations; or(b)Giving directions or instructions, or fail-ing to give them, if that is the primarycause of the injury or damage.

4 (2)Under which the insured, if an architect,engineer or surveyor, assumes liability foran injury or damage arising out of the in-sured's rendering or failure to render pro-fessional services, including those listed inParagraph (1) above and supervisory, in-spection, architectural or engineering activi-ties.
