PLEASE READ IT 24 17 10 01 ISO Properties, Inc., 2000 Page 1 of 1 CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY RAILROADSThis ENDORSEMENT modifies insurance provided under the following:COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PARTSCHEDULE Scheduled Railroad: Designated Job Site: (If no entry appears above, information required to complete this ENDORSEMENT will be shown in the Declarationsas applicable to this ENDORSEMENT .)With respect to operations performed for, or affecting,a Scheduled Railroad at a Designated Job Site, thedefinition of "insured contract" in the Definitions sec-tion is replaced by the following:9.

2 "Insured Contract" contract for a lease of premises. However,that portion of the contract for a lease of prem-ises that indemnifies any person or organiza-tion for damage by fire to premises while rentedto you or temporarily occupied by you withpermission of the owner is not an "insured con-tract"; sidetrack agreement; easement or license agreement; obligation, as required by ordinance, toindemnify a municipality, except in connectionwith work for a municipality; elevator maintenance agreement; part of any other contract or agreementpertaining to your business (including an in-demnification of a municipality in connectionwith work performed for a municipality) underwhich you assume the tort liability of anotherparty to pay for "bodily injury" or "property dam-age" to a third person or organization.

3 Tort li-ability means a liability that would be imposedby law in the absence of any contract f. does not include that part of anycontract or agreement:(1)That indemnifies an architect, engineer orsurveyor for injury or damage arising out of:(a)Preparing, approving or failing to pre-pare or approve maps, shop drawings,opinions, reports, surveys, field orders, change orders or drawings and specifi-cations; or(b)Giving directions or instructions, or fail-ing to give them, if that is the primarycause of the injury or damage;(2)Under which the insured, if an architect,engineer or surveyor, assumes liability foran injury or damage arising out of the in-sured's rendering or failure to render pro-fessional services, including those listed inParagraph (1) above and supervisory, in-spection, architectural or engineering activi-ties.
