2 Single Adult: Individuals 18 years to 54 years. Single Parent Family: Individual who is sole head of household. Family: Domestic relationships with children under 17 years of age and/or full-time college students 23 years of age and younger residing at home. 55+ Single: Individuals 55 years or older. 55+ Couple: Domestic relationships that do not have children; 55 years or older. Sunshine Club: 80 years or older. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES PAYMENT OPTIONS Payment by cash, check or money order can be made annually or semi-annually.

3 Automated monthly drafts can be established from checking, saving, credit cards and credit union accounts. Monthly payments are processed on the 1st or the 15st of each month. A voided check and a signed authorization form must be provided when the first payment is due. *A $25 service charge will be added to all returned checks. JOINING FEE The Y believes that members are co-owners of the organization. As co-owners, each member is asked to pay a joining fee as a mission investment. These dollars are primarily used for non-expansion capital investments like new equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance.

4 The joining fee is included with the first month s payment for membership. If you choose to cancel your membership, there is a grace period of 30 days during which you can join again without paying the joining fee again.
