2 SCATTERED OR EJECTED CARGO IS CONSIDERED ARMED NOT ATTEMPT TO DETONATE ANY ITEM USING LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF EXPLOSIVECHARGE SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE demilitarization CAPS WILL NOT BE BURIED. DO NOT WORK WITH ELECTRIC BLASTING CAPS OROTHER ELECTRO-EXPLOSIVE DEVICES WHILE WEARING STATIC PRODUCING CLOTHING(NYLON, SILK, SYNTHETIC HAIR, ETC.). BLASTING CAPS WILL BE CARRIED IN APPROVEDCONTAINERS AND WILL BE KEPT OUT OF DIRECT RAYS OF THE SUN, WHENEVER EXPLOSIVE CHARGES ARE TO BE COVERED WITH EARTH OR TAMPED WITH EARTH,THE CHARGES WILL BE FITTED WITH DETONATING CORD LEADS THAT HAVE A MINIMUM OF2 METERS (SIX FEET) UNCOVERED ON THE EARTH'S SEARCH OF THE SURROUNDING AREA WILL BE MADE AFTER EACH DETONATION.

3 ANYFUZED MUNITION OR ITEMS WHICH MAY HAVE INTERNALLY DAMAGED COMPONENTS THATHAVE BEEN THROWN FROM THE PILE/PIT WILL BE DETONATED IN PLACE.
