2 NORTH WEST x 1. NORTHERN CAPE x 1. DURATION : PERMANENT. PORTFOLIO : PMSU. PURPOSE :To provide organisation wide operational leadership and management of the social infrastructure portfolio as well as direct the provision of technical programme management support to regional social infrastructure programme delivery. REPORTING :GM Regional Operations REQUIREMENTS :Minimum of a postgraduate degree (NQF level 8) in the Built Environment, Building Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Construction management .

3 A formal qualification in Project management . Registration with the South African Council for Project and Construction management Professions (SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM). ECSA, SACQSP, etc. At least 10. years within the built environment, 5 of which must be at a management level. Experience in Project/ Programme management within the Development Sector. Competencies: Construction Programme and project management , Project management skills, principles and methodologies, Research and development facilitation, Computer aided applications, Legal and operational compliance, Technical consulting, Creating a high performance culture, Project and professional judgement, Project design and analysis knowledge, Project operational communication, Development facilitation, Sound knowledge of PFMA, Treasury SCM regulation, CIDB regulation, Occupational Health, Safety.

4 Environment and Quality assurance, Relevant sector (Education, Health, Justice, Economic, Environment, Energy) knowledge, Financial management , Monitoring and evaluation, and Business planning. Skills: Strategic capability and leadership , Problem solving and analysis, Decision making, Creativity, Financial management , Customer focus and responsiveness, Communications, Computer skills, Planning and organising, Conflict management , People management , Negotiation skills, Change management , Process knowledge and skills, Planning and organising, Relationships building, Negotiation, Innovation facilitation, construction programme and project management and Stake holder management .
