Fill out the Create an Optum ID page and click I agree at the bottom of the page After registering for an Optum ID, check the email address associated with the account for an activation code. Enter it in and click Next . click Continue . Follow the steps listed on the page to complete the Member ID's are registration process. located on Health Plan ID cards After logging into the site click the Home delivery . button in the right-hand widget tool or clicking the Transfer to Home Delivery . button on any eligible medication. On the Home delivery page, select any/all medications and click the Transfer to Home Delivery button to transfer the medications. To view Real time benefits . click the Benefits and claims tab from the navigation bar and select Benefit information . Once on the Benefits information page real time benefit information is present
