2 In this capacity DCAS works with an outside auditing firm to perform an annual audit of all fiscal activities. The fiscal agent that has been selected is EarthShare ( ).How Can You Participate?Giving through NYC Gives is easy. You can enroll and manage your contributions by simply logging into NYCAPS Employee Self-Service ( ) from any log in, go to Payroll and Compensation > Deduction Information > NYC Gives. You may choose to support a maximum of five charities by indicating your selected charity codes and dollar amounts per pay period. You also have the option to support all of the charities participating in NYC Gives by selecting charity code 10100 ( , NYC Gives General Fund) and dollar amount per pay s the NYC Gives General Fund?

3 The NYC Gives General Fund was created to enable employees to contribute to all charities participating in the NYC Gives campaign and hold employee contributions when charities are no longerparticipating in NYC Gives. EarthShare then distributes these fundsequally to all actively participating NYC Gives charities. If you wouldlike to change or cancel your contribution to the NYC Gives GeneralFund, please contact your NYC Gives is the Impact of Your Contribution?Your contribution will help organizations invest in youth and characterdevelopment, education/job training, healthy families, health relatedservices, emergency support, and community Giving NoticeAll deductions through NYC Gives are tax-deductible. A record ofyour NYC Gives deductions can be viewed and printed via the Deduction Inquiry page in Employee Self-Service (ESS) (EIN 52-1601960) has been selected as the fiscal agent forNYC Gives.
