1 The 2018 TRAINING PROGRAMME of Cultus TRAINING Academy CC, the TRAINING division of FCS, is filled with a variety of informa-tive and valuable learning for people from all walks of life. Presentations may vary from beginners to advanced expert level, while some may be specific to the accounting profession, and other are of interest to the general business community. Our presentations are interactive sessions, where the audi-ence is encouraged to ask questions or obtain further clarification or discuss a specific problem.

2 Therefore the duration of the courses stated in this PROGRAMME is only an indication of the duration of the presentation. We issue signed attendance certificates at the end of the presentation for attendees who are present throughout the session. CPD hours achieved will be reflected on this certificate. Starting in 2017, we are offering the High Impact Management Development PROGRAMME continuously. This will be pre-sented by the Mindspa Institute. Before and after her period of articles Lynette was a senior lecturer in Accounting and Auditing at the University of Namibia and during this time she obtained an Advanced Certificate in Taxation from UNISA.

7 From 2000 to 2004 she was the Tax Manager of the coastal Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers and was promoted to Associate Director in 2005. In 2012 she joined FCS and was admitted as partner in 2013. Lynette is also a member of the Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants (NIPA), and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (ICAN). Karl-Heinz completed his Degree in Accounting Science at the University of South Africa in 2006. Karl-Heinz is intrigued by the workings of the various tax systems and laws.

8 He is also involved in developing and presenting some of the FCS TRAINING courses, which are available to FCS staff and the public at large. By offering these TRAINING courses, he hopes to increase the accounting and tax knowledge throughout Namibia. He is also a member of the Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants (NIPA). Jeanine completed her B. Compt degree from UNISA in 2009, and at the end of 2009 she achieved her Honors B. Compt. During this period she also completed her traineeship with NIPA and her articles as CA with FCS Auditors.

9 She is involved in the TRAINING of audit staff at FCS, and was admitted as partner in 2013. Jeanine is also a member of the Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants (NIPA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (ICAN) and the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB). Brun obtained her Degree from Unisa in 2006 and completed her articles with KPMG. Brun has worked as an accountant since 2003 after finishing her articles. She joined FCS in March 2017. She enjoys the more technical aspects of accounting and taxation, and is a dedicated and passionate advocate for client service and satisfaction.

10 Brun is a member of the Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants (NIPA) and the Southern African Institute of Business Accountants and General Tax Practitioners in South Africa. Jowina obtained her degrees from the University of Stellenbosch during 2005 - 2008. After that she completed one year of academic articles with the University. She completed her ICAN articles with BDO and qualified as a CA(NAM) in 2011. She then joined Wesbank Transport as Financial Manager before joining FCS as Accounting Manager in May 2016.
