( Iron Mountain ) and MetalQuest, Inc. in order to preserve future access by former Patients . In April 2010, Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York ( SVCMC ) closed its Manhattan Hospital inpatient services and either closed or transferred all of the related outpatient clinics and services. With the approval of the United States Bankruptcy Court overseeing SVCMC's bankruptcy case and the regulatory agencies overseeing the hospital closure, SVCMC is in the process of transferring all medical records in its possession to third party vendors, including Iron Mountain, Inc.

All requests for records should be directed to Iron Mountain, the lead third party vendor, which will serve as the coordinator for all requests.
