1 CIMMILL 805 TUBE & pipe FLUID DESCRIPTION APPLICATION FEATURES & BENEFITS CIMMILL 805 is a semi-synthetic TUBE and pipe FLUID for light duty rollforming, cutting and threading operations where performance is critical. ROLLFORMING/CUTTING/THREADING CIMMILL 805 provides lubricity in rollforming progressions to form metals into various shapes during tube and pipe mill operations. CIMMILL 805 also offers good foam control, clean operations, long sump life and excellent corrosion control in mill operations. CIMMILL 805 can also be used in machining of cast iron OD and ID pipe threads, as well as scarfing, and cutoff/sawing operations.

2 CIMMILL 805 offers Best in Class quality that customers expect from Cimcool metalworking fluids. RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS CONCENTRATION CIMMILL 805 is to be mixed with water for use. Always add concentrate to water. FLUID may be more difficult to mix when water temperature is below 55 F (13 C). Add no other materials to the concentrate or mix unless approved by your Cimcool District Manager. The product is to be used between 5 and 10%. ROLLFORMING/CUTTING/THREADING 5 to 10% (1:20 to 1:10) Total Alkalinity or Refractometer can be used.

3 The Refractometer Factor is Calibrate and use refractometer as directed. Remove gross contaminants from the sample mixes before testing. A refractometer is only recommended for use in checking the concentration on a fresh charge.
